The offering at the Master’s level provides students with the opportunity to conduct supervised research in French and Francophone Studies, with a focus on literature from France and the diaspora, and the didactics of teaching French as a foreign language. Students are encouraged to develop a dissertation topic that reflects their interests while engaging critically with current debates in the field. The aim is to foster research that demonstrates both a high level of proficiency in French (minimum B2 or equivalent) and the ability to make a substantive and innovative contribution to knowledge in their chosen area.
