Assigned to a specialised supervisor, students in the MA programme develop and complete a full research dissertation. Students are expected to demonstrate a mastery of methodology in their chosen field of Media & Cultural Studies. Where appropriate, and with permission from the discipline, students may undertake a practice-led component to complement their research. This programme is useful for industry professionals who wish to deepen their understanding of the field, and to prepare those aiming to complete a PhD.
